1. Identify the resources necessary to accomplish a task.
2. Establish time schedules and deadlines.
3. Develop and practice money management.
4. Recognize the existence and proper use of human and nonhuman resources.
5. Understand the concept and value of networking.
6. Learn to allocate resources in areas such as:
   1. Forecasting costs and revenues
   2. Prioritizing
   3. Scheduling
   4. Budgeting
   5. Acquiring, storing, and distributing material resources
   6. Assessing knowledge and skills required
   7. Identifying present and future workload
7. Determine sequence of tasks to be completed and prioritize accordingly.
8. Develop a budget for a proposed project.
9. Reassign individuals on the basis of skills and attitudes.
