In this activity, students will be writing different articles for the front page of each person's personal newspaper. Additionally, students will be drawing pictures for the newspaper.

CRITIC'S Corner - Write the title of the book that you chose to critique - Write the author of the book - Write a mini review of the book - Rate your book by giving it between 1 and 5 stars - Color in the number of stars that you gave your book
THE INSIDE SCOOP - Read each line then fill in the blanks - make sure to read and answer the last line correctly
PICTURE WITH CAPTION - Draw or paste a picture of yourself in the space provided - Write a caption to go with the picture
TOON TIME - Draw a cartoon in the space provided that tells something about yourself
MEET MY HERO - Draw or attach a picture of your hero in the space provided - Write your hero's name in the space provided with knights around it - Write a mini article about your hero
AWESOME AD - Create an ad for your favorite Native American movie
EXCLUSIVE STORY - Write a news story about an important event in your life - Be sure to include; who, when, where, why, and how

TOON TIME - What are some things that you like to do? -Sports, Hobbies
MEET MY HERO - Who is someone that you look up to? someone that inspires you? Why is this person your Hero? What did this person do to make them your hero?
AWESOME AD - Tell me some good Native American theme movies that you have watched. Why did you like this movie? Was it the characters, music, action, horror, comedy?
EXCLUSIVE STORY - Tell me about an important event in your life. Why is this important? When did it happen? Who else was involved?
