Write a class book with different endings.

Description

Using any story, you can help the students make educated guesses. Pick an interesting story. Introduce the cover. Based on the title and cover illustration, ask the children what the story might be about. Read the story and stop before the resolution of the conflict. Ask the children for possible endings. Record their responses. Upon completion of the story, compare the children's prediction with the actual ending. Reread the story using one of the children's predictions. The following day, compare the published story with class version. Record the children's responses on chart paper.
