Description
In this lesson, students will learn the basics of weather, different types of weather maps and the conditions they show. Students will brainstorm the definition of weather. Groups are formed to research various types of weather maps such as radar, satellite, temperature, precipitation and wind speed using the links provided. Students present their findings to the class. Additional links and extended activities are offered.
