This year we will be learning many new facinating facts in social studies and science. In science, we will be learning about simple machines, plants and rocks and minerals.

 
In social studies, we will be learning about New York State, its history and landmarks.     

This year our pen pals are located in the state of Indiana. 
Please think about questions you might like to ask your pen pals. I hope to begin correspondance as soon as we get back to school. In addition, locate Indian on the map and research information about the state. Anyone who brings in written information including interesting facts about the state of Indiana, will receive a reward from the class treasure chest!
