Whenever you have a few minutes …
- Discuss some ways you can be more helpful at home.
- What are your greatest strengths?
- What are your favorite things to do after school … in the spring? fall? winter?
- What are some of the things you enjoy doing with your family/brother(s)/sister(s)?
- How do you feel when you are home alone? How do you deal with these feelings?
- What are some things that make you angry?
- Describe the happiest day in your life.
- What would you do if you saw a friend crying?
- What things do you worry about?
- What would you do if you went home and the door was locked and you didn’t have your key?
- If you could have one wish, what would it be and why?
- Discuss violence on TV.
- Discuss behavior that is appropriate and inappropriate at home, with friends, in school.
