COGNITIVE

1: The student will continue to develop an understanding of simple and compound duple and triple meter, as well as unusual meter and mixed meter

3: The student will continue to demonstrate an understanding of pitch and pitch notation through an extended range on his/her instrument (WINDS)

snare drum rudimental sticking pattens as

appropriate to his/her instrument and ability level

5.  The student will demonstrate the use of vibrato on
his/her instrument when appropriate
