We would like to welcome back our current NYLearns.org users and extend a big HELLO to all our new users. We hope you had a terrific summer, and we wish you much success in the upcoming school year.
This summer brought many enhancements to NYLearns.org tools. We hope you find them useful in supporting your teaching and learning objectives! Along with updated tools, you will find a vast amount of new content. Each week, we will highlight a resource for each academic level in the Featured Content section. Be sure to check out these resources and other instructional content at your grade level or in your subject area.
We also want to hear from you! We need your feedback to make NYLearns.org all it can be for users. So feel free to use the helpdesk line or the "contact us" button to let us know your ideas or if you need any assistance getting reacquainted with NYLearns.org. Have a great year! |

NYLearns.org covered by Erie I BOCES COSER
CATE and Erie I BOCES have entered in the first Cooperative Service, or COSER agreement, in the state, to make the licensing and professional development costs of NYLearns.org aidable for the 2005-06 school year. The agreement, signed in July, means that approximately 100 districts in Western New York served by Erie I BOCES through the Common Set of Learning Objectives COSER can subscribe to NYLearns.org at a cost savings. The two-day basic professional development workshops to help teachers learn to use the resources and teacher tools effectively are also covered by a COSER.
